Approach
We started with a full RF baseline and user-density heat mapping to identify contention zones. AP placement was recalculated with line-of-sight constraints and real event movement patterns.
Next, we aligned VLAN and QoS policy by traffic class, then validated uplink behavior under simulated peak loads. Monitoring and alerting were configured for fast operational handoff.
The final system improved throughput consistency while reducing support tickets tied to roaming failures and session drops.
